Nyah Jewels does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed. Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.
When Are Exchanges or Replacements Allowed?
An exchange or replacement will be considered only under the following situations:
• You receive an incorrect product
• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The parcel shows signs of damage during transit
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
To report any issue, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video captured from the moment the package is opened.
The video should clearly display the shipping label and the product condition to help us verify the claim.

Include your order details, issue description, and the unboxing video.
Requests submitted after the mentioned timeframe may not be accepted.
